Art on the Hoof is an annual event put on by our local AAZK chapter, that I donate 3+ original paintings too every year. The proceeds from the benefit are put towards Conservation and Enrichment programs.
AAZK plays a major role in conservation. The organization provides assistance to species survival in the wild. Over the years, funds have helped purchase acres of rainforest, set up sanctuaries, as well as helping provide funding for conservation efforts around the world.

"AAZK of Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is looking for local artists to donate animal or nature themed art to their annual Art on the Hoof fundraiser, August 25, 2019. Glass, wood, fiber, ceramics, wearable art, mixed media, sculpture, painting, metal, photography, basketry, print makers, jewelry, etc. All media types are welcome!"
I've seen artists donate things from Original paintings, down to even post card prints and Stickers to be put into silent auction baskets!
