Missy Moneybags is a jealous rich girl who wants to be an Asteroid Angel. She used her father's vast wealth to obtain a sample of Miracle Isotope and gained the same powers as the Angels.

Now the spoiled brat who is famous just for being famous is trying to be a hero but is more of a menace due to her shallow attitude.

Like Gorgona, Moneybags is believed to be a legit villain but was actually created by Chono for the Asteroid Angels TV Show.
