Here is mascot number 11! I got pretty sick of pink by this point. These are numbered in the order they were in my sketchbook which may or may not be the order they were finished in. I wanted to make sure I did at least ONE without any pink at all. Entering this many times was a lot of fun and I'm glad I did it - even if nothing I drew made it into the top ten. XDcame up with the name and background. Her name is Kiba Ikarashi and like she lives in a village where they dont take her fighting trainning too seriously. They underestimate her strength and courage...

The pose was half referenced from a mag and half made up.

mwahahaa - i think this pose is much stronger than the other flailing one! love the dress and color palette too ^^
the one thing to make it more graphic would be to take the flower off of her dress and make it into a symbol behind her.

well maybe not a full background - but something to make it look more graphic with a symbol *like the gear or the flowers on her dress* so that the con has another graphic to use for advertising ^^

Her gown has the best detail ever. And yeah I would hate to do over and over pink...well I dont like pink much anyway lol. But you did a great job here as always. Lol and one name popped in my head but it isnt that good... Kiba Ikarashi yeah needs work but oh well still good work on the drawing.
