This is very well done. A logo should be as simple as possible and still get your purpose across. You've done both here.

Thanks I appreciate that comment, I was designing some logos for a lady the other day and was trying to explain that to her.

It's really hard for a "layperson" to understand that concept. I remember designing a website a few years ago for a school and California. They wanted a different background for each page and all kinds of gaudy, clashing buttons. It was horrible.

how much do you charge to do a website?? or any tips for me to do or read to help me make one??? I have been trying to get a website going for 3 years now and two of those were dealing with people that said they were going to make one and they didnt. So I tried taking one class but the teacher sucked and we learned nothing, he couldnt publish anything.
I dont think people understand the concept of less is best and keeps things clean! Well I enjoy your comments!

My company charges $20.00/hour to create websites. I'm backed up a bit right now, with three sites waiting to be made. I did some checking for you to find some good HTML tutorial sites. Unfortunately, my favorite (walkthegeek.com) no longer exists. You get a bunch of search links now. Another good one to start with is [link] with an easy website guide broken down into minichapters. The one I learned HTML from is [link] which also has tuts for PERL, CSS, javascript and many more. I hope this helps.
