I was looking at a few pics and in some I noticed horses with beefy necks that looked kinda skinny when stretched back... but I can change it if you want me too? :3

yea... thats cause people are people and dont feel like changing it when i ask them too  = A =. they are supposed to have nice thick necks as all their power comes from their front.

(and even with all the muscle they are not at all top heavy xD)

hmm getting there, a liiittle but more and i think it would be good.

i always use a shire or friesian neck then exaggerate it, 

Theres a breed that also has a similar neck to the elmas zo, emmy1320.deviantart.com/art/1-… and this picture is a good example of both their necks.

One more question - just because I'm curious and stuff - would a dominant pearl dun mismarked/failed leopard appy (won't be over 50% white) be okay for a mare... with either a blue or orange mane? (I'm not going to even think about designing her til Abaddon is all done, so no worries. X3) I'm trying to figure out a nice light color to contrast with Abaddon's dark color. X3 And... I already have a zillion dark colored horses. XD

Either that, or an amber or sable dun roan appy? :3

Eeh... never been too fond of blankets.... it takes a real interesting one to even make me look at it.... That's why I try to stick with mismarks or semi-leopards, and varnishes.... maybe snowflake every now and again.... I LOVE appys, just not blankets...

This is kinda like what I'm really loving as an appy look - citronvertstock.deviantart.com… - And this one here is a mismarked semi-leopard that I designed, the markings reffed from an appy photo I found one day - talonv.deviantart.com/art/Mara… Would something like those be acceptable? Or maybe a semi-leopard like this - www.whitehorseproductions.com/…

And don't worry... no dun for the mare. Pearl maybe, or champagne (if allowed), but no dun. XD
