Nope.Β This came out WAY before Splatoon 2 was ever announced.Β It just happens to be that the weapons in both versions look almost exactly alike.

For her final smash, I tought of something like Luigi's in Brawl. She start a a squid party, crating an AOE, everyone caught in it start taunting, tripping and sandbaggin randomly. And you're welcome.

Well, the braces are actually for one of her beaks (I'm guessing those are what the fangs are called for squids) is crooked, hence why she has them.

i'm not too surprised she got there so fast. when running with an inkbrush, you will certainly run the fastest. she also probably has max running speed too, increasing her speed, and explaining how she got there so freaking fast

Actually, I theorize Clemantine sent Tanrine to the enemy base at the start of the match as a diversion. It certainly worked on Whinter. The opposing team is stuck at their base dealing with Tanrine, giving Vitamin Ink time to secure the central area. Tanrine is perfect for such a suicide mission! What she doesn't give a f**k about is caution, not plans. Alas, the diversion failed because Vadelma reeled Whinter in and Logan took care of Tanrine quickly. He's got great teammates!
