I don't know about you, but I'm siding with Blue. His actions without thought are the reason the Octostomp is defeated, not to mention Orange didn't do anything to help and is being pretty ungrateful.

But his actions are also the reason why she got in trouble. Octostomp went on a rampage and spilled ink all over. He didn't communicate with Orange what he was doing.
I'm not saying Orange is the right one either tho. She is letting her emotions and past experiences cloud her judgement but she wants nothing but them to be safe. This is not a game after all, if they get splatted here, they are dead.

A good leader doesn't force teamates to change their playstyle and personality because he/she knows how to turn them into advantage no matter how different they are! Orange was incompetent of adding "rushing playstyle" to her strategy and destroyed the tream's morale just because she has personal hatred toward "braggy personality". She still has a lot to learn.
