A while back a friend talked me into taking Belly dancing lessons with her.And though I've got the belly I had no business being there.
But it was fun none the less.
The classes and our teacher Gia al Qamar in turn inspired "The Dance" line.
A collection of five illustration based off the art form.

Okay now this is just impressive, I hate illustrator it never does what I want, and damn if I can make someting look this good. I praise your skills. This is stunning. I just started belly dancing my self.

Every once in a while I'd try to do a search for ya, but obviously the searched failed to turn anything up.
Whats been going down with you? life, career...
I've been doing pretty good. Chad's taking good care of me.
As you might have seen in my Gallery I got a Magazine freelance gig. Only gotten two so far since I started submitting my work last year. Been too afraid before that.
And I've started going to China with Chad on his business trips. We just got back from a two month stay.
GD is China Ghetto!
That's about the cliff notes of it.

Glad to hear you and Chad are doing well. Wow, China! You both are so lucky to get to go to a foriegn country. Congrats on your gig. You always were the most talented.
I came back to Buffalo and struggled some. I was working at a local place doing Graphic Design but the place made me crazy so I'm not there anymore. Career-wise I had some fits and starts. I've been on television a couple of times (Public Access, shhh don't tell anyone), and I had a comic in the local weekly but they didn't pay me until after I quit. [link]
I'm still submitting. I've been with a girl for three years and we've been fixing each others problems⦠still are. Pretty happy and sane over here. What do you charge for commisions?
