THIS IS SRSZ BZNZ.Kerberos protect gear from the Oshii Mamoru world of ケルベロス・サ.
Fabulous series I must say. Kinda complicated as it's a big universe type thing spannig 1940's to 2000's. There have been a few movies, starting with the live action Red Spectacles, then the anime Jin Roh and so on along with a ton of comics.
Personally, I just love the horrendus amount of symbolism, metaphors and emotion used in the movies.......That and the protect gear >.>
It also happens to be designed by the same guy who did the designs from Platlabor.
Just wanted to do a doodle of it, but man.....I kicked my own ass ._.

Surprisingly, this is actually detailed enough that if I were to produce this picture as a reference for someone who would mold a mask for me (were I to find such a person), they would likely have no trouble getting everything right.

actually its a slightly altered version of the jin roh mask. the rainy dogs version looks like a dog face, while red spectacles is more flat to the face. i havent seen the rainy dogs comic online, but i did find scans of the kerberos panzer cops volumes 1 and 2 online. if you interested in the figures etc check my blog for reviews and info kerberossaga.blogspot.com

You might be able to find the older Kerberos Panzer Police comics at some local comic book stores, but the story was altered slightly, it was censored and of course, they flipped the artwork so that us english people wouldn't get confused about reading the opposite way...
