Is so sweet.... I liked much the wasy her hair is flowing... not only wing, but I see music symbols... maybe songs of a distant memory, maybe the song she sang for her boyfriend, or the one he sang for her... the song brings memories like a flowing warm wind... making her memory goes so far away in time and space, when she closes her eyes and dreams...
The use of blue colors is perfect , including for the hair... I liked the way you did the shading on her hair, waving with the music and wind
