New OC I adopted from <3I really love her ; v ;
I was torn between two names but I eventually chose Kei and I'm going to use the other one as her nickname, Neo (because her hair looks like Neapolitan xD)Β
She's also holding an iPhone, please excuse my poor drawing oAo
I'm also going to use this as a commission example. I don't know why but her eyes look sort of funny to me TT^TT
