^____-Yue is of my favorite character in card captor Sakura..His hair and his eyes are too much gorgeous..
So i decide to do a fanart of him!
This is the lineart..I put a color in the background to see much the details.
this is a large lineart so i scan it in 4 part...Oo and -_- ..my scan become old so the definition is less good..sorry for that..the original is so much beautifull..

For the coloring with pencils,I can't give you tips,because my technique is secret.
And for the shaded,hum...just put the most pale,and go to the darken..-_-..hope you understand..sorry if not..
and for create is own character..that's not easy..I always start with the eyes..because they are the expression..the feeling of the character.And you must find your own style.. everyone has our' you just have to find it,and you can take inspiration from other..I take inspiration from nobuteru yuuki,art nouveau styel and many other.

Yue is my all time favorite character from CCS. You certainly did him justice here, he is simply gorgeous.
