What if in jak 2, there was also a young Keira?

After meeting the shadow, young Samos, who assigns Jak and Daxter on another mission, this time to find his daughter who was kidnapped, the duo would find little Keira (though they don’t know that she is Keira’s younger self yet) about to be captured by krimzon guards or attacked by metal heads, so they rush in to save her. Little Keira was scared of jak mainly because of his dark eco powers, but he assures her that he’s a good guy and gains her trust.

They bring her back to her father whom the two embrace in a joyful tearful hug.
Jak would notice that this child does remind him of Keira, especially when she tells him that she likes to tinker and dreams of becoming both a great mechanic and a green sage herself.
When the duo reunite with the older Samos and Keira, jak puts two and two together and realizes that the girl he rescued is younger Keira.
The game progresses like we know and We get some adorable moments of young Keira interacting with her older self, daxter whom she thinks is soft and cuddly, and befriends the boy (young jak) who is shy at first but warms upand becomes friends with her.

At the end when kor is defeated, young Samos and the two kids head back to the present but not before older jak and Keira give their younger selves some future advice.

So yeah, I think having a young Keira in the game would’ve been better and avoid confusion from players. Maybe the developers did plan something like this, but they ran out of time or cut her out due to time constraints.
