Hello peepz
Here is the finalised version of the twi'lek jedi ^^
Actually I'm loving how the lights and shadows turned out in the end
I tried out a bit more realistic lighting/shading this time. I tried to make an environmentΕ±, thats fitting to the mood.
Also, I changed her expression and face, giving an overall more mature, bit "famme fatale" feel
I love to draw jedi/sith characters :3 The lightsaber offers such a nice lighting/shadow, usually it turns out a total eye-candy
Thank you guys for helping me with critiques at the WIPs, it helped me a lot
Anyways, let me know what you think ^^

i try to give you some critics which would help maybe:
itΒ΄s a thing i see in the most of your pictures: the contrast
in my opinion the contrast is to high and you have mostly high and low tones- less middle tones.
give it a try and finish a picture without using real black or to high saturated colors and at the end you start to create points of high interest with dark and light
i heard a rule: where you want to have no attention, put your lights next to your light and your darks next to your darks and where you want to have the viewers eye, put your lights next to your darks

Wow oO Thanks for the tips, these are helpful :3 I just doing things on the drawing that makes sense for me on first glance 
Eh, yea I realised also that I do tend to use too big gap of contrast
I try to avoid too saturated colors alltogether and pure white and black is a big no-no ^^
I usually try to deepen with dark colors (like purple, brown, ect.) istead of pure black. It makes it kinda... flat out from 3D to 2D. It loses its place in 3D. Same goes for white ^^ Usually if you colour pick on my drawings now, you wont see black and pure white ^^ Only close

Hm... as far as I know from what I got from the description, some smugglers/pirates try to assault a jedi training ground to get some holocrons and whatnot. Since they assume there are only mostly initiates and some padawans, it would be an easy job.
But they are in a nasty surpise when they meet with the full fledged twi'lek jedi consuler
Thats all ^^ I think the owner of the character will come up with some additional idea to make the story nice for this pic ^^

This kind of work doesn't need praise, because there's really nothing bad one could say about it. However that applies to a lot of art that does not earn it's way into my favorites. It's the character design that won me over.

I always try to make the characters I draw to have something unique in them. The cloths they use usually tell a small story by themselves and a scar can tell a tale by itself too
I think its the details that breathe life into a character. The small details ^^

I absolutely love her expression, and this elegant beauty of hers that says femme fatale, indeed c: Really, really awesome piece. But I have to admit that my favourite part is her leg, the lights, the contrast between green and blue, and the colouring of this shoe are just stunning!
