Julian Robotnik returns from the dead, as it were, in a roleplay I am conducting in PMC. The despicable despot returns in all his wicked glory,only to find he's been replaced by Dr. Eggman. What is an evil genius to do?SImple. Wage war on the planet with an army of his own, brought with him fromt he alternate reality he'd been exiled to by the Ultimate Annihilator. A reality in which he has gained control of a vast and powerful army, and terrifying technology.
And he has wrought the doom of Mobius by rebuilding the Ultimate Annihilator and powering it with a Chaos Emerald.
THis uniform isn't quite complete..I don't know wht it's missing..I know it's missing something..I ust..dunno what yet...

Pretty badass take on Julian there. You made his proportions way better, because in SATAM he had those stubby short legs. That's probabaly why he's sitting down half the time. How do those even hold him up? XD

I dunno, your design seems pretty good to me. Hmmm.... maybe it just needs to be a bit more grandiose? *shrugs* I dunno. Either way, always good to see fanart of the fatman
