my concern tho is that his wings are too blurry and hands too small, the rest is pretty nice tho

Red hair, horns, wings, dark skin, claws, and magic fire. Yep very similar. Yours is in a cooler pose and more spiky though 
To be honest, I'm not worried all that much about people stealing my ideas. As long as they don't steal the actual pics, I don't mind. Not to say that I suspect you in the least, clearly that pic follows the theme of the rest of your gallery with this comic thing you're doing.
Yeah, I got bored and sloppy so i just made the wings blurry. And don't get me started on hands. They're my mortal enemy.

try starting with a box as the palm, and draw some sausage shaped fingers, (pose) and develope it from there XD

Here's how it works: concentrated lazyness is when you're so incredibly lazy, you're too lazy to even *not* do anything, so you end up doing something. In this case: wings.

That sword looks cool.
I like the colors in this - very bold. The pose is also pretty mean.
I wish the wings were a bit more defined, but you did 'churn this out' quick, and for that it looks good.
