Tharsirion had to wheedle Avias for quite a while until she let him enter the birth den. Desoto watched Tharsirion when he sneaked into the den, carefully and silent, out of reach of her teeth - just in case.
His eyes became large and round when he looked at the little pup, so obviously his son: his fur was dark grey with a white dorsal stripe, ending in a tiny white tail, the little hind legs were black like his father's - but the front legs inherited Desoto's white fur, same like belly and chest.

Tharsirion sniffed carefully. Then he smiled, as proud as a father could be. Desoto sighed with relief - how could she have ever doubted if Tharsirion would accept her cubs wholeheartedly - even if it was only one.

Tharsirion meets his first - and only - son, Taibu.
It started as a quick sketch, but I liked his facial expression, so I decided to color the sketch.
