and I used a picture of Hawkeye from the first Brotherhood opening... or the preveiw... yeah I think the preveiw... as a guide for the picture.

Yeah this is my latest (I think) FMA OC's design for Brotherhood... She looks a bit diferant in the original.
Yes her eyes are like that for a reason, (and not because I think it looks cool, I forgot to draw pupils/shade it right, or she has some special superpower that somehow exists exclusive to her in the fma world. She is not blind either)
Yes i realize I fail shading certain types of hair... I'm working on it... Might want to go back and reshade the hair/add highlights....

Location: (need name for the hospital/sanitarium place... No she doesnt have TB sanitarium is just what the hospital place is closest too... actualy no mom said the places they set up during the poilio epidemic are closer)

My tip would be that after you've drawn the outline, take the eraser tool and taper the ends of the lines to a point, rather than leave the points (at the tips of the fringe, and such) blunted/ square. It gives it a more finished look, and it can really improve an image.
She looks like she's struggling for breath. Does she have a respitory problem?

shes terminaly ill. her eyes are like that due to one of the efects of the illness (they're not ment to be glossy)

nah shes more into flowers. shes a criticly terminaly ill hospital patiant so she hadnt had time to go out side for a long time

No and yes when I say guide I mean exacly that. certain elements of it where partly traced sort of like base art. but other parts where not should i send you the original for you to compare?

I don't think her hair looks too much like Riza's. I mean you have the hair in the back (which should be a bit shaded), and it's not the same colour...But that's just me .:3

keep the eyes like that. remember the lifeless doll eyes one gets in the anime's when mentally or emotionally they are broken, or something similar? it looks like that.
