Description
I can't remember why I had Godzilla on the mind but I thought i'd try a 2014 style Rodan(what with the rumour going around)
I'll admit I didn't really know what rodan looked like when I tried drawing him from memory and I just started drawing a giant Pterodactyl befor I finaly looked at a picture of him.

No, I can’t say I did. In this case I can’t say I’m surprised as I’ve seen that version of my picture before (not sure where it originated from), so I don’t think they got the image from my page.

I noticed it was oddly stretched horizontally. Guess if it was already reposted they'd have no way of knowing it was yours short of reverse image searching. They probably thought it was official art (because it's awesome enough to be)

2019 can't get here fast enough. If Rodan looks like this or in the spirit of this, I will be happy.
I'm also hoping for King Ghidorah to take cues from wyverns and hopefully they slim him way down so he looks like he can actually fly. That was always my biggest gripe with our favorite three-headed menace. A wyvern body shape would allow King G to retain the spirit of his otherwise armless incarnations while also giving him added support on the ground. His barrel-shaped body in the old movies looks like it could get knocked off balanced easily with his heads swinging wildly about. If King G needs bulk, go for it but make him chiseled.

I do enjoy that you've made him look distinctive from existing pterosaurs, even down to the basic anatomical structure. Would certainly help him fit in with the canon origin for the kaiju predating even the dinosaurs.

I love this so much! okay, so, I love Godzilla but have never seen Rodan, so when I saw tis, before clicking, I thought " Rodan is just a bid Pteradactyl? Whell that changes everything.." (Pardon my loss at gramar)
