SO.I was randomly playing The Legend of Zelda for the NES earlier today. You know, the first Zelda game ever made in 1986 (or 1987 outside Japan)?
I noticed the artwork style and I rather liked it. It's very nostalgic. So I decided to draw my own characters, Letticus Sativa and Sariah Vernz (Princess Aurala) in such a style. Or rather if they were in the old first zelda game.
I also considered the fact my story is heavily inspired by Zelda. HEHEHE
It was fun. Except for the fact my ridiculous professional art markers bled horribly on my printer paper.
All characters portrayed above belong to Taralen(me) and are from my currently titled project, Oh Princess.

i know right? I loved how in the 90's animations though, how they shaded it and what not. Maybe Inuyasha was made in the 90's cuz that show is shaded so damn much >:V

Ohgoddd I grew up watching my parents watch the originals as a kid.
My mom said I've been addicted to Zelda since she was pregnant with me.
I love the old style. It's so retro cartoonime. Link should go back to having a honking huge nose.
