I recently read Shingeki no Kyojin and was reminded of our oversized mountain people here.

It's 'Attack on Titan' in the english version and it's honestly really action-y page-turner-y with blood and gore and some cool mechanic elements. You can probably find the anime on any random site, it's a new anime with 7 episodes so far and the manga is a monthly thing with 40ish chapters currently. there's also been quite some memes springing up about it too XD
