Venture a wild guess as to which track from the Avatar finale score was stuck in my head when I did this one.Gah I love these two.
I tried to draw something that captured the epic essence of their Chosen One/Protectoress relationship, and so settled on them overlooking the world at peace from atop a high cliff while the wind blows. (With the Kataang symbol I like to use just kind of floating in the background. It looked empty without it.) I think it came out pretty good.

I don't know why, but Katara always looks really great in orange.

Orange and green are the prettiest-looking colors on her, in my opinion. (That and I just really love the idea of Katara donning Air Nomad garb.) A shame she doesn't wear them more often.
