It's only fair that the first Tartoon created got the first bio

And now i introduce to you, my first, my oldest surviving and my most proud original creation.
Pnutsey.
[Pronounced P'Nut-see] (yeah i wanted to name him something that sounded like a name but a totally inhuman one.)
he was created sometime between mid 2000 and late 2000 (since the onldest pictures i have of him are dated August 2000)

The Master of Ceremonies of the Tartoon Show, Pnutsey eagerly begins and regretably ends each episode and even participates withen them frequently.
If the Tartoon show were an orchstra Pnutsey would undoubtably be the conductor.
It could be said that Pnutsey responsible for bringing all the joy and magic into the Tartoon show, and you would believe it too if you ever met him. His charm and warm benevolence has gained him many friends and fans, but also many enemies and foes.
No one but he knows just What he is or Where he came from, as a matter of fact there is Allot that he knows that no one else does (including the fact that the Tartoon show is Just a cartoon). His large eyes may be a clue to his secret omniscience.

And interestingly enough he’s the only Tartoon Aware that he is nothing more than a cartoon character.
But instead of freaking out and his lamenting over his fictional existance, he just has fun with it.
He using this power to manipulate himself to make impressions. Manipulate the world around him at will. This ranges from manipulating his fur to alter his appearance, to conjuring items out of his bare hands, and even playing perfect piano even though he only has 2 fingers.

But Pnutsey cannot abuse his powers to any extent since naturally with power comes responsibility.
This universe has rules even Pnutsey must obey, and a balance he must protect and maintain.
There are things that he must never let happen, like the rest of the Tartoons finding out about thier "fictionality" and things he must let happen, especially to him, for the greater good of this universe.

He stands on a cosmic scale, opposite to Mondy.
a malevolent being equal and opposite to him in many ways.
As Mondy strives to destroy this world as a perpose Pnutsey must rise to protect and save it.

And as another rule of this universe Pnutsey can't do it alone.
So he's selected an apprentice to train in the ways of being a cartoon hero, and this apprentice he's chosen, is Omec.
Pnutsey's rarely the protagonist of any of the cartoons but instead hangs around to give Omec advice and support in whatever way he can.
Omec really looks up to him, as all the Tartoons have no choice but to) and Pnutsey considers Omec his surrogate nephew, and his best friend in the world.
