I don't know if you intended it to be or not, but the scratchy(or whatever the actual word its called is XD) colouring makes me think Sherlock's slowly fading away.

thank you! that's a really awesome interpretation i didn't intend for. that's one thing i love about art- the viewer can add just as much as the artist does sometimes.
and yes, it was completely heartbreaking ahhh
