Kenshin Uesugi from Sengoku BasaraI gave him a more medieval-ish/wintery concept which was inspired by a painting I saw in Imagine FX magazine.
It was weird, when I saw him in the game, just like how it happened with Kasuga, it was love at first sight! He may look feminine and sound feminine...but he's pretty kickass...

I'd have to say it's Kenshin as well. (Plus his title is God of War).
At first I thought Motonari but his expression just wouldn't fit, and besides
his element isn't ice. LOL.
