Drawn for a friend who loves sailor moon.I've never watched it, much less drawn any of the characters, so I hope I didn't mutliate her too much.

the 3D efect you gave to her arm really caught my attention ^^ this is cute as well. btw the thing on her forehead (i dont know the name of it in english xD) is kind of side ways o.o
