Nope, not Tanglemane, though thanks. He is Tanglemane's son. When I was looking at Tanglemane on the wiki a few years back, it said that Tanglemane was a mixture of Scar and Mufasa, and he is when you look closely at him. So I made a son who has some more Scar features. Also, both my Tanglemane and Ahadi are almost nothing like the Tanglemane of who you are referencing. Much more nice, especially in Ahadi's case

I thought Tanglemane was an unrelated character from a completely different pride that Simba met when he was living with Timon and Pumba.

In my fan made Universe Tanglemane was once a king of a pride (and according to the book he appears in). Before he is usurped, Tanglemane has cubs of his own, one of which is Ahadi who, through a series of interesting events, is sent to the Pridelands to be wed to the Princess Uru.
