I've been practicing at trying to make my poses more dynamic/action looking for a long time now, so i have been spending a lot of time reading books and watching how people move much more closely and looking at stock images. Referencing is not bad when you learn from it.You are free to use this sheet as references for your own drawings. The anatomy may not be perfect but it may help spark some ideas.

also Has helped me a lot with learning how the human anatomy works, I suggest if you want to learn how to draw poses and anatomy to go to her gallery and check out her stock she has a huge collection. I often sketch her poses myself to practice. So keep at it and I hope this sheet helps you improve your art as it did for me!

I am really glad this can help you, some advice mm lets see well before drawing a pose I like to think about how people or animals move around, I often watch movies and pause at moments for example with these poses I watched a lot of action movies. Before even drawing the anatomy on the dummy I like to draw stick people in the poses I think will work, after that its just shaping the dummy on a different later to make look more human as place markers i always start with the head then the joints (elbows,knees) then move on to shaping the rest of the body. It takes a lot of practice and you should draw your dummy's with shapes that feel comfortable to you. for me its rounded or curved shapes, for you it may be squares, Just go with the flow and it will work out eventually.
