This one I did some months ago...kinda old, ne?! I drew this in a poster size (used two paper sheets) so it was hard to scan, I scanned them in two parts, and it was hard to put them together!(And I didn't do it very well, I think you can see where the two parts are divided...Aoi nanase's characters, from Angel Dust Neo series. I'm a huge fan of Nanase works, so I drew this...

I do like the use of coloring and line, and the poses are nice... to the people who were complaining about anime art, they may feel free to take their biased opinions elsewhere. People are free to draw whatever they like, just as people are free to fav whatever they want. This isn't saying I don't like anime, because that's what I draw too. (I'm looking into going into character design as a profession ^^V)
Anyway, on to the artistic matters. It would probably be a better idea to do a photograph of a large sketch in the future. The split IS rather obvious. Also, the picture is very busy. Your eyes work too hard to find a focus point only to have none there to base. I'm afraid I have no suggestion on how to improve upon that.
Other than that, this really is a very nice picture. You are quite the talented artist... ignore the idiots that say that you're not. I'd hate to see another fine artist trashed by ignorants.

Seriously, the blending is god-awful. The pic, I think, isn't THAT bad. The purple writing is weird, and it seems very busy, but..it's not bad..

not only do I wonder how this made the daily favs, but I also feel this lacks 90% of the skill those that typically get work into favs posess. This looks bad, and sloppily thrown together even for an anime artist. What can I say, this is the opposite of what I look for in artwork. That typography is appalling.

I really like this piece for the indivuals and some of the details, but the overall composition is just not that good. I'm sorry but you really have to focus too damn much to see that each indiviual piece is well done.
The pic is just too busy and too complicated. Having some sort of more eye catching contrast or something would help greatly. I agree to some extent on the blending, though I don't think it's as bad as the other person makes it sound.
Still pretty good piece.

I thought for sure when I saw it on the main page that the middle one was Misha from Pita-Ten... especially with the whole Angel thing and all. It's a favorite for me, anyway.

I think the eyes are set too far apart on the heads - they should be closer together. Also, there's no contrast, no dark darks anywhere, which makes the picture kind of squish together. If you plan on doing more big pictures in the future, you may want to try getting it photographed instead of scanning it in seperate pieces, because the bad blending really hurts this picture a lot.

You have an amazing amount of patience to do this on a poster board, I wonder how long it actually took you. It would take me a loooooong time to get it done so I don't know if I could ever do it.....oi....useless rambling again I suppose. I'm a really big fan of the hands and the hair. +fav!
