Very cute, I'm a bit slow tho, so it took me a couple days of looking at it to realize that "L" means license.

Good explanation   When learning to drive in the UK you have to display 'L' plates on the front and rear of your car   No 'L' plates means she is qualified to drive

Ahhh, that's interesting. Here in the US you have to show your plates front and rear to prove that your vehicle is legal to be driven. It also makes your vehicle slightly more easy to identify if you hit somebody and run away.

Oh, I don't think I've explained "L" plates  correctly .  We do have vehicle registration number plates, commonly known as just "number plates" displayed front and back to identify the vehicle and owner.  The "L" plate is just that, a big red letter "L"' on white background meaning "Learner"   I hope this makes more sense

AHHHHH, that makes sense. Now I get it all. Over here you can hire a driving instructor and his vehicle will have "Student Driver" notices, but we don't have special plates for learners.

When I saw the thumb I thought "Time machine" Probably why it doesn't need plates Cool vehicle and cute characters

I never gave any thought to the vehicle,  except it was cute and I could fit everything in it

Just 2 wheels? Then it's a motorcycle! Much cheaper to register and insure where I live (it also explains the lack of seat belts). Nice.

There is a small wheel at the front, but maybe it's just a parking wheel.  I know nothing about this vehicle except that it's cute

3 wheels is still a motorcycle here in the States. I like the steering, it looks like it can be flipped over to drive from the other side.
