I started this as an oekaki, but the browser kinda died on me. Luckily, I had taken a screenshot of it, so I could continue in Photoshop
The girl was drawn in oekaki(PaintBBS, no reference) and the Taj Mahal silhouette in the background was in Photoshop(with reference).
