This is like a cartoon version of Liv but in a gorgeous way it resembles a lot of her features, including the famous lips. Good job in this recreation!

Its quite impressive. One could argue that your allowance of the texture to come through makes it look rough or unfinished. However, I think that it gives it a certain flow-textures in traditional media just do that for me :3
Her face is very well rendered. It doesn't look completely photographic yet, but you're getting there. It still has a lovely stylization to it, which is another nice touch. The eyes are particularily clear and clean looking. Lovely overall work, but a little simple.. so there isn't a lot fo me to elaborate on.
