I love how you did the background! The 'blurry' effect is really nice! And how it has the Gracidea Flowers (I'm guessing it's Gracedia) which moves to the grass and then there's the little patch of sky visible in the corner!
And I love how the petals seem to be glowing with a little light there! Looks a bit like Sweet Scent... or maybe Petal Dance 
And Shaymin of course looks really cool and (while this detail may seem insignificant) it's cool how the focus of the pic, Shaymin, isn't in the centre of the pic but slightly to the side
