So, guys - as of the time of posting this, there are 179 favorites on just the line art. DAMN, people! You are all BEYOND awesome!
-OBLIGATORY ARTIST RANT TIME-
Completed just in time for The Big Bang, eh?
I started coloring this with a more soft cell shading, but after doing the head and shirt, I just wasn't feeling it. So, that was scrapped, and I just went with harder shading with lots of gradients. It's probably for the best, anyway - I lost my tablet stylus, and have been too lazy to go out and get a new one, and it's so much easier to do hard shading with a laptop trackpad... hell, it's hard to do ANYTHING artistic with a trackpad. I would have colored it with a mouse on the home computer, but, seeing as it's riddled with viruses and out of commission...
I've had a couple people ask if they could color the line art. My answer? A resounding DO EET! I would LOVE to see what you guys can come up with; it fills me with just so much excitement! Feel free to try your hand at coloring my line work - just let me know, and be sure to give credit where credit is due. On the line art page, I'll put the links to the colors by other people.
... and I still stand that Matt Smith's face is awesome...

Nicely done. Quick work, for sure, so we can't expect it to be perfect. That being said, it 'could' use a teensy bit more detail, and something feels a little off about the face, but otherwise very cleanly and well done.

Wow! You should definately do comic book art in the future! You could teach those people at DWM how to draw the doctor too! They don't get his face right at all!

Oh, I'm well aware of the US's plight with Doctor Who coming out later than the UK - I live in Louisiana. I'm also impatient, so I've been watching on the internet.
It's a great episode - one of the best of the Series 5, I think. Prepare for a completely crazy ride!

Yup - I love how brilliant the show is, as well as how stuff in-show has correlated with the real world - Amy's Wedding date being the actual date of the season finale, "The Beast Below" concept of voting correlating with the British election day (and being a bit of a jab at conservatives), "The Lodger" having that soccer game while the World Cup's going on.
Another fun fact - Leadworth is an acronym for either "Late Dr Who" or "Dr Who Tale."
