Description
She assimilated quickly, for it was all an act. But as so often happens, the parrying dance of Lady became her one true identity. The girl of the slums was dead. Before long she was holding court and charming the nobility as one born to their class. Hexa’s reign ushered in a new time of prosperity for the desert realm. She placed a particular emphasis on education, worship, and the rearing of strong pups. Productivity increased and she became one of the most decorated Monarchs in the pack’s history. But all who knew her had seen another side to the dark Queen, one violent and merciless in nature. Assuming the role meant turning a blind eye to the upperclass’s abuse of the serfs. It meant separating herself from her family’s own suffering. But they were her kind no longer. She was not of the gutter as they were. She was a nobleman, a monarch, sacrosanct and untainted. Compassion had become a liability, and in it’s absence a brutal indifference festered. She embodied the apathetic ruler Shuyet’s classist system called for, and with it, a fragment of humanity was discarded.

I decided to use a 3D pipeline for this piece which was a lot of fun! The throne, and steps are free use models from turbosquid that I edited, and the rest is (c) me. This takes place in a universe in which Hexa's old pack, Shuyet, is founded upon the ruins of an ancient egyptian-inspired setting (Please note that it is a different location than the story told in TFS, where the ruins are in far worse condition).
