I wasn't sure if i should have stated it in the contest before but.. i wanted it to stay in Sonic style.. it's not a universe change
just a species change. Don't worry your drawing and also the proportions look good 
I think it's good that you remembered the rules so i'll still include this drawing though it doesn't match with what i had in mind with this contest.
