Hey TD, I know you're pretty great (Or, so I personally think) at making convincing head canons that are easy to believe... Me and a friend of mine are trying to figure out how she could of done it. If you have an idea, would you let me know? So far we guessed YD might of disliked PD for... Whatever unlisted reason, maybe something about earth? Shattered her and when RQ was there to protect her diamond, she got framed? Likely formed the crystal gems as earths last stand or something... But everyone went on believing a diamond which is why they thought RQ was bad. The only problem with our theory's is that it's missing some serious in-betweens like the what and whys. I would love if you had any theory's to let us know... Fans can unite to figure out what's yet to be revealing in the show, perhaps? xD

saying Rose Quartz did it, considerings she's a branded as a war criminal, would be an easy cover up for sure. It's interesting since Garnet and Pearl didn't deny that Rose shattered PD but then again..were either of them there? I don't know, I do think Pearl might have been considering how she reacted to seeing the picture of PD's palanquin when Steven mentioned it, I don't know, Pearl get's especially jumpy when anything Homeworld related is mentioned (I guess since she specifically said she served homeworld ) Eyeball said she saw it happen, so maybe Rose was in the area..but she wasn't the one that did it..someone somehow arranged it so that she was there at the time to make it look like she did it to anyone that might have been around (like Eyeball) 

but back to Pink and the other diamonds. I don't know how much Yellow was involved, but she is definitely trying to cover things up since she was so quick to want Rose shattered before hearing her case, and also how much she wanted the earth to be destroyed, where Pink was shattered. And she also seemed pretty adamant about keeping Blue in the dark about it all, I guess since she was so close to Pink, it would look bad if she found out the truth. Yellow didn't want her going to earth either as if she was afraid that Blue might discover something. Yellow is always comforting BD when we see them together, but it makes me wonder how much of that is just pretend to keep Blue thinking Yellow is just as upset? Maybe Yellow was jealous of Pink, or maybe Pink was going to do something she didn't want. So many questions XD but she knows something, her and her Pearl. When Zircon dropped the bomb, Yellow barely reacted and Blue looked absolutely horrified.

oooh imagine if this turned BD against the rest of the diamond authority...>:3 after all, after what happened at the Trial she's no doubt demand answers..and we still know NOTHING about White Diamond yet, only that she must be the top Diamond and the one running Homeworld (considering that big-ass statue of her we see on Homeworld)

the thing I do keep in mind as well is that everyone said it was Rose Quartz's sword that shattered Pink, but Bismuth told Steven that Rose's sword can destroy a gem's physical form..but NEVER the gem itself, it can't shatter gems...:3 ooooh

basically I don't have a solid theory, I just ramble

(After typing all this, I just felt terrible sending you a text wall. I'm sorry it's so much! I always ramble and sometimes accidentally go off topic. I don't blame you if you don't reply, but if you even read it at all I must say thank you for taking your time with this! ;3; )

Ahhhhh haha, no no, it's ok! In fact I got super excited hearing your ideas, even if they're a little scattered and just made from info thrown all over the place in the show. I guess I take comfort in the fact you ramble because I do as well, so I don't feel so guilty when going all out then. x'D

First things first, I keep saying my "Friend" and not mentioning her lol. meerkatlover1210 has been in the fandom way longer than I gave and dragged me into this lovely trash hole. x'D But she's taking a break from DA (And has no internet currently except for what she can manage on her phone) so i'm trying to resist... Spamming her with ideas. She's here in spirit though, i'm actually showing pictures of the convo through Skype and text messages though lol. Anyways, on topic. Comcast/Xfinity, whatever you might call it now- is evil. When I started getting into the show it was so broken up, and I think season two or three was completely MISSING? So I depended on Meer to fill in the gasps some, as well as... The scraps YouTube can give. My point being is if I sound like I get something from the latest episodes, but not of earlier stuff? It's because my resources left me in the dark. (Sorry!)

I only know of White Diamond from my friend, so it's comforting to know that I haven't missed anything out on her in the show... This leads me to thinking maybe a more serious matter further on might bring her up? There's two sides to every story and as someone who enjoys stories, fan fiction or made up from scratch, I always try to look at how all characters can see the situation. The Diamonds are clearly antagonists, and bad news for Steven and the crystal gems... But me and Meer can't help thinking that... That Blue Diamond might just be acting on how she feels. I mean, yeah it doesn't help we get massive hints dropped on us when she starts crying, but let's not forget that human zoo she was forming. She clearly wanted to preserve what was left of PD's legacy, while YD is beginning to look like she wants everything but that. As you pointed out, she wanted to quickly shut down Rose/Steven while Blue desperately wanted to hear Rose out for answers. In the end, Yellow acted out violently and Blue yelled at her in, idk, what would you say? Outrage? Not sure it was just that, likely massive confusion. Personally, it would likely take a long shot but I think we're seriously getting to that point... (PINK LARS! : D) To me... It doesn't seem too far off the bend now if BD could be pursued to start seeing things in a new perspective. Now, i'm NOT saying "Oh yeah, she'll turn good/agents YD definitely" but I am saying that the gateway has opened and it seems possible. I'd be excited if BD started turning on the other diamonds authority like you're suggesting. ;3;

Noobing out a little here, I only got the end of the Ruby episodes on how they got stuck into space thanks to... Xfinity's lovely selection of broken up older episodes... And only saw Bismuth and the little story she told Steven through my friend Meer over YouTube. I'm not going to act like I know everything because I don't, so correct me if my thoughts go too far off the bend. x'D But, do you think it is possible me and her might be on the right track then? With your ideas thrown into this crazy mixing pot, i'm wondering if Rose truly was framed but... To seal the deal onto RQ/Steven, perhaps Rose's blade was placed at the scene? To make more of a convincing crime scene? Part of me wonders due to WD's absence that perhaps- assuming White is possibly higher up than the three other diamonds and not just an equal we haven't been exposed to yet- maybe White could of ORDERED Yellow to stop Pink from whatever her project/job was? I could be wrong, if Yellow did anything i'm sure she's perfectly capable of doing something terrible. They all are but she just has that- erm- "Special" thing about her that gives up all these "God I hate Yellow" vibes. x'D (Maybe that's only just me, so sorry if you actually like her, didn't mean to insult anyone. x'D) Perhaps a diamond could of shattered Pink, and made Rose's sword be on the scene somewhere to make it seem like it shattered them, when all it would do AT MOST would be to reduce their psychical form down. ;3;

Meer is even surprised, said she fan girled a little so I hope you're happy that you can be that big of an inspiration towards others. x'D I know you go through a lot of art thieves and jerks who claim they love your stuff- before taking it. Rather than actually appreciating the fact you worked for that and it's not free art. So, honest respect, just seeing such a large reply from you actually made my day today. So, (For the 9,000th time) thank you for the smile. I'm hoping at the way how things are escalating in the show that maybe we'll get some answers soon, but then again I don't think we could hold our breath on that. It's already taken this long to give even the slightest idea that Rose is innocent. For the longest time the fans, along with Steven, have just kept being fed "Rose Quartz shattered Pink Diamond. The end." So for all I know they might keep dragging it out. A good story knows when to keep plot twisting you and keeping you on the edge of your seat, a story needing work just drags it out excessively. Steven Universe, as far as i'm concerned, is a good story. I'm sure it'll leave all of us guessing for the longest time with our head canons and thoughts until the actual canon is revealed.

I'm grateful someone listened to me spouting ramblings XD I can't stitch together a solid theory just yet because there's so much stuff thrown at us, but I also try to keep in mind that Rebecca Sugar said there is no "bad guy" in Steven Universe, everyone has a side to the story...we just have to wait for the Diamond's side..........and with all these hiatuses I might tear my hair out waiting

Honestly I think any story with a "Bad guy", are kinda like... The stories kids write, or maybe things like we did when we were younger. Just writing someone or something as "Bad" for no reason. It's all about the character depth and reasoning on why they do things that really makes them and the story. So I totally get it if Rebecca said that. xD It's all in how the viewer see's things, if it's "Wrong" or if it's "Right". Once you get into a point of story telling where you can't help but give everyone their side of the story?- It's kinda hard to ever stick labels on anyone anymore lol... The Diamond's may give Steven a hard time, but it doesn't mean they don't see Steven as well, giving them a bad time. -3- Ugh- crap- no Undertale pun intended. My mind just went there only after typing it, but now I don't wanna even hit the backspace. What's done is done, no regrets. xD
Arrrgh, I get it. Just- keep telling yourself what I do... Eventually, all that waiting will pay off. It's better to not obsess over something and/or ask someone when it's done, and just keep your mind on something else and try to wait it out. x'D It's like watching the clock, the minute seems longer the more you stare at it.   You keep working or just focusing on another thing? And sure enough when you return you'll be like, "Hey! Where did this stuff come from?" *Coughs* Um, also i'm foreshadowing here. I haven't been touching my DA much sense Christmas, so you and a bunch of other people/groups I watch will be bombarded by favorites. Just giving you a heads up when I reach that folder of yours...

That 'emotion wave' thing is scientifically known as pathokinesis. The user is able to change the emotions of the people matching their for a brief amount of time if the emotion is strong enough.

I noticed that Yellow Pearl was the most affected for some reason (she cried a literal fountain of tears). Meanwhile Yellow Diamond only had a tear in her eye and I don't think Blue Zircon was affected at all. Quite a strange detail that suggests how Blue Diamond's power works. Perhaps the power's effect is determined by how other gems around her feel about the same subject. So in Yellow Diamond's case, I'm thinking she's torn up about Pink Diamond's demise too but unlike Blue Diamond she's better at hiding her emotions/bottling them up.

I think it affected her less either A: She's a Diamond, or B: She truly doesn't feel any hint of sadness over Pink's death. The latter is more likely.

There's a strong possibility of that, but the question arises, why would the Crystal Gems believe such a thing?  Rose could surely tell them at least the truth, and they'd believe her.  They know Homeworld lies all the time.  Yet she never (at least) denied doing it... so what were her reasons...?

I think the reason yellow shattered pink is because maybe at first her and rose were enemies and pink was just like the others but maybe after a while she ended up seeing the beauty in earth and the value of organic life, earth was her planet so I wouldn't be surprised if she fell in love earth and wanted to keep it safe, but maybe yellow or white started to notice pink was turning soft and wasn't acting like a diamond should so they had her shattered and then covered it up.

They most likely didn't tell blue because of how close she was to pink and she was very emotional as well.

we see pink diamond was actually a spoiled brat at one point, I dont know if this theory could still work but only time will tell.

my theory was right on a few things, that she seems smaller than the other diamonds, that she was the bottom of command, and that she might be an off-colour/defect

makes me wonder if White Diamond will be bigger than Blue and Yellow, since it almost looked like Yellow was talking about White Diamond when she was talking about "head of command" or something like that
