[link]I'm in a weird mood lately. All I can think of clearly is war, and yet, it fills me with so much peace.
Or maybe it's the flu.
That's why Blind is content.
There's a reason for the reconfiguration of the lasgun. Who catches the easter egg, is a not a total dumbass.

Well, as much as I love style progression and all that jazz. I must say that your older style is better than your current one, it's shading and overblown detail gives more depth.

The lighting is really great, but the dimensions of the gun looks incorrect. Specifically, the 'muzzle' does not look aligned with the barrel correctly. I know it's a minor detail, but I like that you included a chin-strap on the helmet.

Однако "нахлобучка на стволе" выглядит странно. Не то цевьё, не то дульный тормоз (знать бы зачем он там вообще, как и окно в ствольной коробке). Это точно лучевое ружжо?

Oh wow... this is really great! This is for sure one of my favorite works you made. I just love the face and that cheeky smile and how this is bust rather than a full-body. Hopefully one day I'll be able to paint something as great as this.

I can only think M16 with the rifle, but for me, guns are used to shooting moose and/or reference, so I may be way off. The 1960s and Vietnam fit the Blood pact way better than WW2. Just saying. I like your choice of music.
The eye still sticks out, but! the skull looking right at me over Blind's shoulder is distracting. it's not very detailed, but the breaking of the 4th wall is disconcerting like fuck when I KNOW you want me to focus on Blind's face.
The focus is obvious with the limited detailing on everything that isn't Blind's face or helmet. You have a nice blend of colour, but you graciously refrain from detail. Good job!
Coloured highlights, something I am struggling with like a devil, are nice and cause the reflections they should here, lending a greenish hue to offset the green.
One complaint would be that Blind's face is too grey. He looks a bit like a zombie, so lifeless, utterly belying that lifefull eye of his (still in love with it). I think Blind just has no iris, because I see none and I can't shake the feeling that was on purpose, to make him look so utterly concentrated and... um, high (don't take that the wrong way, please).
Did you check values by desaturating the picture during the painting process?
I can't find much in terms of issues with anatomy, not at a cursory glance anyway.
I am very fond of Blind's nose too. Don't ask me why. I just am.

I made the skull figure vague and not very opaque, dunno why throws you off - I tried to stay away from the effect, maybe made it too solid.
Yup. I decided I know how to render good more or less, materials and that stuff, and that now I need to work on my values and lighting, for which such movie-esque shots works better than just rendering. So, less detail, more form.
Well indeed, plus I wanted the fire and smoke to contrast with that greyish skin color.

Oh, and I figured out the skull-duggery.
I have no stereotypical vision. When I look at Blind's face with one eye, the other (my right) focuses on the skull leering over his left shoulder by automatic. I freaks me the fuck out, and add to the depth of the picture, but in the end is no fault of yours. Just my crazy eyes playing me a trick.

I just sort of jumped at me when I looked to the right of the picture, that skull. I think making it a few tones lighter, blending it into the fire-smoke, it'd work very well.
The skin came out a little too grey, in this case, I think. Fire and smoke is good, but I think you should have not been afraid of warmer colours to the true highlights of the skin, not just the reflected highlights.
I hope this helps for the future. Always a pleasure to see you grow as an artist and the distinct prompt of yours lately spurred me into being more vocal.

Have liked the face in this one since seeing the wip - it looks like it's got some good structure to it. More realistic. Even though based on other less realistic ones it doesn't look a hell of a lot like Blind. I guess he's not got a really distinct face structure, but without mohawk it seems, couldn' tell who this guy is. That's only real major crit I can see - I like some details of this, helmet straps, metal reflections, looks nice.

The lasgun really does look like an AR-15 based rifle, but I'm not good enough to catch the reference. Unless it's from Apocalypse Now. Then that's just a guess.
The vibrancy of the flames against Blind's armour is very nice, and the metallics are brilliantly done as well. And the more I see of your design of the Blood Pacts armour, the more I want to have a go at building it.
