Freaky. Generic too (But not in a bad way, I'll explain in the following sentence)
It looks like it could seamlessly fit into a Dark Heresy or Black Crusade campaign as some Dark Eldar Wrack or a Haemonculus; It would not look out of place in Dead Space; and it would work as some Strogg abomination in the Quake universe.
I like it. Especially the spinal cord "ponytail".

I think it's been mentioned before, but this really brings my mind to the Phyrexians in Magic: The Gathering (I freely admit, I'm enough of a nerd that I play the game). Yours has that distinct TD twist to it, as always.
