sure,

put white background, flash setup on both sides aiming on to that white board.
like a butterfly setup.
blue colors came from the paper at the bottom.
top is open to white ceiling.

i used 60mm Macro for this shot... so distance was about 80cm from the water.

most important part is this.
i used none engineered water in 10 degree (CV=1.138).
if you take it in different condition, result will be different.
in addition,
i bumped up my flash strebgth to get faster shutter speed.
apparture value must be more than f8 to get crisp focus.
if you can take it in bigger space, you may only need one flash.
all other water shots i will post soon were taken by one flash.
i think this is enough info to get fine start.
