So, today being today ... the day of hearts when those we adore in the present or have adored in the past are bright within our senses ... I thought I would take a look through my archive of works, not yet posted here, for those with a soft touch of romance. Those who know me, even fairly well, know I didn't have to look far.

Both beautiful and magically light.
It's that's first moment of the morning when the sun just fills the room for the first time of the day. If we are lucky we are awake to witness it .. if we are really lucky .. that light will bathe the face of one who we love.
So I saw it in my memory when this portrait came to life.
