air plays the role of the understanding leader, being strict in her ways of buisness, but open to change if she sees it best for the workplace and her employees. FLIP! is still an illegal UNO club, but they have standards. air got into the buisness after a tragic event related to UNO kept her from playing herself, motivating her to open FLIP! in the hopes of watching others live out her dreams or something like that. air cares very much for her employees, and strives to keep the buisness open and running, as well as sucessful for as long as she can. yayayayyayayayayayaya
