Its the A140-J2, one of the preliminary designs for the Yamato (as World of Warships stylized as "Izumo"), as an original shipgirl design from Kancolle.

EDIT: I forgot to activate the layer containing the kanji when I uploaded earlier today

The reason why I drew this is because when I played World of Warships (as it feeds into my Kantai collection interest), one of my favorite battleships to play as is the Izumo, the battleship preceding the Yamato. Though people in the game state that the Izumo isn't a good ship overall, however, I don't find the ship to be as bad as they say it is imo. in fact, my stats say its my key ship

I also wanted to draw this because I like the Nelson style design (ie all the main guns forward).

When designing this, I designed her character as if it was a step between Nagato and Yamato. (hence the design similarities between Nagato and Yamato.) When designing her rigging, I decided to address the Nelson style layout by having Turret 3 to be underneath the hull. That way, the design looks relatively sleek and limits turret number 3's arc of fire just like its design.

On the overall design, I wanted to portray an icy personality, and that her rigging is powerful, but unwieldy.
