Description
Since I have been so inactive for a while, my first submission shall be the greatest thing I have worked on in my absence.It's Red Saber (Nero) in her 'Emperor' costume from Fate/Extra CCC.Β I drew this in pencil in the week of finals last quarter. After that, I utilized paint tool sai to outline and color her. However, at the last minute, I decided to overlay my original pencil artwork on top of the digital artwork.
The background, like the previous pics I have done of Red Saber fav.me/d6jtc59 and fav.me/d5efd85 was done entirely on SAI. Even though I was using the 'pen tool' on sai, I think I would need a dedicated vector program to render complex architecture properly.

Some side notes:
-See those orange 'flaps' from her dress? I thought those were independent from each other. (A reference pic shows them connected in some weird manner...)
- On drawing architecture, I still have no idea how to color backgrounds. I have also created a 'background-less' picture, but I think this is better.

IMO, arms seem a little scrawny, boobs don't look that big (not perversion, but sticking with memory of stat), and I think the red on her sword was brighter. All of this is from an amateur expression, so please don't be too offended by it.
Overall though...still like enough to favorite, so there

I can see why you said her arms look scrawny, I think I made her left arm too long, now that you mention it.
I thought I was actually rather tame regarding her bust compared to the reference image I used typemoon.wikia.com/wiki/Playabβ¦
I didn't want to make the sword too red. As I was coloring it, it was redder than it is now, but I didn't like the overall look if it, so I made it darker in some areas, some artistic licensing if you will

Thanks, and if you don't mind, I'd like to add a couple things to what you said.
After comparing the arms, it might have also looked a bit off because of the clothing. Looking closer, the wrapping around her right arm is connected to the poofy part of her sleeve, which threw me off a bit.
It is tame, I think the size is different because you covered a lot of her skin there too, compared to what I've seen.
Honestly, I don't mind the coloring as much. It looks nice; adds some kind of 'ancient' feeling to it, like a heroic spirit should have in some cases.

Yep I covered the most of the skin surrounding her breasts because I can't draw breasts effectively... so I was hoping to pass it off by increasing the size of her armor there.

I hope so, maybe for the PSN or Vita (PSP is dead in the States..), but I wonder how will the localisation team deal with several 'suggestive' scenes xD.
