I don't think she's actually a siren, but the name sounded cool. :3
Commission for ! There was a point when I was drawing this where I wasn't sure it was going to look good in the end, but I'm happy with the end results! Shelly look so cool in her alternate form, and I think this the first time I've successfully drawn a rock!
Also I ended up drawing more water than sand, oops. xD

The siren appears once a month. Once there she sings her song, beautiful and yet entrancing. Is it happy or sad? No one know for sure, everyone does know that the song she sings does not lure people to the scythe.
