I am so happy with how cute Fluttershy turned out in this picture. It took me forever to figure out her outfit, but I'm glad I took the time to do it right. ^^ I didn't draw her with a weapon because I couldn't think of one. End of story. xD

Hello! I'm here from ProjectComment with the key word fluffy.
I'm going to start off with a quick apology. This is late (and probably not the best of critique) because I am currently sick. However, I don't want to leave you hanging so here goes nothing.
I went with fluffy because that's what this character feels like in my head. She's soft and sweet and innocent. This is a beautiful adaptation, and I love your use of color and shadow. While other pictures in your gallery are literally fluffy, she embodies it. The softness of the butterflies in her skirt, the gentle swoop of her eyelashes, the delicacy of her fingers. All of these support the gentle nature of the character. My main comment is that while I really like both the wings and the hair, I don't like them together. They almost feel like chibi wings, hovering over her body. I think that I'm getting this impression because her hair is one solid sheet across her back. Because wings are typically placed in the general vicinity of the shoulder blades, this doesn't really make sense. Her hair would naturally part around the base of the wings, and that would be evident both above the shoulders and below the shoulder blades. I feel like you could easily remedy this by having the hair part either in the middle or directly above each wing. Great work on this piece though! It feels more complete than most of the other pictures in your gallery, something I would attribute to your use of shadow. Wonderful job.

I'm glad you like my adaption of the character; I especially enjoyed drawing her dress. I actually had a lot of problems with the wings. The most critical one being the fact that I nearly left them out.
I hadn't thought much on how the hair be be placed in accordance with the wings, but you are totally right; they look very strange they way they are now. Thanks for the suggestions; they'll be very helpful in both future works and in the possibility of editing and/or redrawing this one.
