Look! I drew an entire Genshin character design!

Here's a Venti!

xD This one took me a while to finish; first I struggled with the pose, then the shading was fighting with me, and then it took me like, a month to come up with a background idea I was happy with.

But it turned out good, and ultimately the struggles made for a really cute drawing, so I can't be too mad.

Any comments/constructive criticism would be most appreciated!
