Yeah; I'd totally wear this.I'm one for the black and white lolita even though colored ones are okay too.

I can't judge if that's lolita or not, but she has the ruffles.
Frills and ruffles are good.
I like that the striped corset contrasts with the white skirt/dress, but maybe you could add just a little black lacing by her waist or above the hem. ;3 But that's just my opinion.
