I find your photo is very interesting to look at. What is that blue cover? Is it a reflection of a blue building? 
Since you submitted for feedback, I have only a suggestion for you:
I find the blue cover crossed right in the middle of the model nose. In my opinion, maybe you could adjust the angle to heighten the blue cover a bit, to the point that only the eyes are left, which could make the photo more impressive and focus on the eyes better.
However, your picture is very well captured, and I like the boldness in the eyes the most! The contrast and colors in this photo is simple beautifully taken. Well done!
