Another Zutara... I have no idea what I was thinking when I started this. Katara has found an enchanted mirror and she sees... what?I have no idea, but I'm open to suggestions.
... and before someone else mentions the mirror of Erised -- I was thinking of something with happier connotations. Wishes that can be fulfilled, mirror universes... take your pick.

it could go along the lines of a few years after the final battle and katara's choice to date aang she doesn't really know what she wants in her life after living a child/teenage hood of excitement and adventure and now living a dull peaceful life. she goes and pays a visit to the seaweed benders (from the swamp) and ends up finding a magic mirror that shows her different visions of the 'what could have been' and it could be a story of what would happen if she did decide to date Zuko instead. on another note the art is amazing, why do i say? because if after looking at it for less than a min i came up with a whole fan fiction, well it proves to me that it sucked me in!

Ξefore the end of the war, Ξatara with Sokka and Aang, went to an old palace. There she saw a magic mirror. In the reflection Katara saw her future! She both surprised and scared because the man she was going to married was the Fire Lord! (she hasn't met zuko yet, but when she did, she fell in love with him!)

for those who ship Zoko and Kartara it could be that mirror in Harry Potter where he sees his family.
For those who don't it could be a mirror into a alternate reality or something. (which would make a really interesting fanfic)

Happier connotations? I don't know... usually things like this come with some kind of consiquence. You know the whole give to recieve thing. Take the "Forlorn Hope" from Yu Yu Hakusho for example. This may not come with an extreme price but a price none-the-less. (Have no idea if that's hyphenated or not XD)

Past Life?, Honestly, to me the color's and shading seem to make it a more of a What-if. Like for every choice we make, there's another world if we made the other choice. Like The mirror is looking into one where Katara chose Zuko. Yet, with the light coming through, it seems like yes, Katara didn't chose Zuko, but its OK. There's a world where they are together and seem happy, or at lest seem to be. That's what i got from it.[link]
